Online Bill Pay through Paystar

We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through PayStar.  You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. PayStar accepts Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.  There is a processing fee for using this service.    

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please include your account number. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Automatic Bank Draft - Debit Authorization

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. The electronic debit will be made on the 10th of every month, unless the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, then the debit will be made on the first working day after the 10th.  There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Debit Authorization Form located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
